Larry Stolberg, CPA, CA | CPA (South Carolina)

I have been practicing as a full-time tax specialist for over 30 years, with primary emphasis on:

  • Corporate restructuring for business owners
  • Estate/succession planning
  • U.S. expatriate and cross border issues
  • Tax efficient planning that will achieve both your short and long term objectives

Because rules and regulations are never static, I have to be on my toes with new innovative ideas to complement business transition. That’s why I specialize in tax. It allows me to be involved in the planning and implementation process, looking for solutions for clients and at the end of the day, to hear them say “Thank you”.

The firm has developed working relationships with other professionals (local/national/ international): Accountants, Lawyers, Chartered Business Valuators, Financial Advisors, Financing Specialists & Bookkeepers to assist with client needs.
